A number of us joined the Foreshore and Seabed 'Hikoi' on Wednesday. A group of Catholic Peacemakers met for prayer at St Mary of the Angels first and then waited on the street corner to join the Hikoi as it passed. It was very moving to hear the chants, the singing and Haka as the main body approached us. We were singing Ka Waiata kia Maria and Te Aroha in solidarity with the marches.

Exciting to learn recently that my song 'We Sing Chanel' has been translated into Spanish. The children in Peru are singing it to a Salsa rhythm- Brilliant!!! Wouldn't it be great to pop over and surprise them.

I am up in the Wairarapa for several weeks at Carteton Parish. I am running a music workshop for musicians in Masterton and hope to visit the local schools and introduce some of my songs.
