Since my recordings began in 1990, I have produced 20 albums.
’Holy Land’ (2017). See home page.
Angel of the Forest (2015). The album was co-written by Fr James Lyons who provided lyrics for 5 songs, 1 song co-written with John Matteson (Song for you) and 4 of my own songs both lyrics and music. The title refers to the Kotuku (white heron), a regal South Island bird almost hunted to extinction. The album contains some very moving songs ( With the morning and Mum and Dad) and some lively upbeat compositions (Need no Persuasion and Glengarry). This is truly something quite different given the colloboration that has taken place and the arrangements have a real celtic flavour. The titles and lyrics of the songs can be viewed and downloaded under the Lyrics section of this website.
A Noble Work (songs of love and mercy) 2014. Click on the album title to view the track listing which includes 'How can I keep from singing', 'Make me a channel of your peace', 'Be thou my vision', 'As a deer' and 'Put your hand in the hand' plus 7 original compositions.
'Like a beautiful Day' which is a collection of 14 original compositons was recorded in 2010. Many of the songs were inspired by my time just out of Rome on the Marist Family Renewal Programme that same year. I completed the album on my return at the studio in Auckland. Further information can be found under the album title itself. On Mother's Day 2014 a joint album with Janice Bateman entitled Reason to Believe was released nationwide.
Most of my earlier albums are still available as you can see. Please click on the album title of your choice and 'ordering information' if you wish to purchase any of my material.
